Summer MACE - Temporarily on Hold

Due to the current financial climate MACE will not be holding a Summer Conference in 2010.

Conference Fees & Registration

Attendee Conference Fee:

  • $150 online registration (subject to change)
  • $175 walk-up registration (subject to change)

If registration closes before the conference date a notification will be posted on our web site. At that time you may request your name be placed on our waiting list.

Notification and Cancellation

If you must cancel your registration then notice of cancellation must be received by Ellen Underhill, MACE Registrar.

Cancellations accepted until 5:00 p.m. on To be announced.

Conference fees will be required to be paid even if you do not attend the conference, unless you follow the canellation procedure.

If you must cancel after the posted cancellation date please contact MACE as soon as possible, under certain circumstances we may be able to waive your fee.

Internet Access

The WSU Metroplex has wireless Internet Access.

An email will be sent to all conference attendees with the settings needed to make a wireless connection.

The MACE staff will not attempt to overide any security settings in place on your computer. Please visit with your IT staff to make sure your computer will operate properly on the WSU Metroplex wireless network.

Please have your IT staff show you how to make the connection or have them set your computer up ahead of time.

Handouts

Electronic handouts, made availalbe to MACE from our presenters, will be placed on the MACE web site for downloading. You can access the Handout server by clicking on Handouts in the menu bar on any of our pages.

Blogging

From any page on our website just click on Blog in the menu bar on the left side of the page.

Everyone will need to create an account, so click on Register, under Menu, top right of MACE Blog home page. (No accounts saved from last year)

Type in a username and a valid email address of an account you use.

Once you receive your password via email come back to the MACE Blog, click on Login, under Menu, type in your username and password, click Login.

Our Blog uses WordPress, you are taken to your Dashboard where you control your account. There are links in the light blue menu bar near the top of the page to help you Write, Manage, Comment, or edit your Profile.

The Latest Activity box also contains links to help you start Blogging.

You may find it more to your liking to navigate and use the site by clicking the View site link at the top of the Dashboard page, in the dark blue bar.

From this view click on Help in the menu bar on any page for assistance, or click on Site Admin, under Menu, to return to your Dashboard.
