Sponsorship of MACE

The MACE organization has been a leader in instructional technology since the early 80's and more recently in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.  We are a volunteer based organization who connect technology staff and subject area experts to advance the implementation of technology in Kansas schools.  These activities require money to pay for events and services.  In alignment with our goal, we leverage sponsorships to bring vendors, knowledge and staff together.  As an organization that has held a conference for over 40 consecutive years, excluding the COVID year, we pride ourselves in providing value to not only our members, but also our sponsors.  Below are ways that vendors can sponsor a MACE activity.  If you would like to register as a vendor of MACE to be notified via email when new sponsorship opportunities come up, register using this link.  ​​​​​​

MACE Conference Sponsorship

The MACE conference has been hosted annually, excluding the 2021 COVID year, since the early 1980’s.  We bring outstanding presenters to Manhattan Kansas the first week of March to share the latest educational technology trends.  Vendors also play a big part in this event by introducing educators to the latest instructional technology offerings.  Vendors can view the multiple sponsorship levels on the Vendor Fees page.  As a vendor, you can also submit an Exhibitor Session Proposal to demonstrate your product or service during the conference.

ITN Event Sponsorship

Thg ITN Conference brings together K-12 technology staff from across the State of Kansas.  We discuss the latest issues impacting educational technology from Artificial Intelligence to Cybersecurity.  

Vendors can register to have a booth to discuss their products with attendees.  They can also submit a preentation sharing with attendees their area of expertise and steps staff can take to improve technology in their district. We have always had a good relationship with vendors who do not make these presentations a pure sales pitch, but balance out the teaching of technology and demonstrating how their product provides value.

Technology Recognition Awards

Technology staff throughout the State of Kansas keep school districts running through the many critical services that they support.  The Tech Staff Recognition Program is a way to recognize those staff members for their outstanding work.  There are multiple categories and we are asking a vendor to sponsor a category which will allow us to provide small gift cards to monthly winners and a larger gift card to annual award winners.  In return, we will recognise the vendor in each email and award that is sent out to, nominees, nominators and to districts of award winners.  You can click on the MACE Tech Staff Recognition Program link to learn more about the program and view award winners.

Vendor Presentations at MACE Events

We have always had a good relationship with vendors who do not make these presentations a pure sales pitch, but balance out the teaching of technology and demonstrating how their product provides value.   They can also submit an ITN presentation sharing with attendees their area of expertise and steps staff can take to improve technology in their district. 

Vendors also play a big part in this event by introducing educators to the latest instructional technology offerings. As a MACE vendor, you can also submit an Exhibitor Session Proposal to demonstrate your product or service to K-12 instructional staff on Thursday of the MACE Conference.

Vendor Article in MACE Newsletter

Our organization continues to collaborate with our members after our conference.  One method is through articles written by partners and experts in the field.  We welcome vendors to also submit a newsletter article to be sent out to our members.  These articles should be written in a similar format as our presentations in that they are not a pure sales pitch, but balance out the teaching of technology and demonstrating the value their product provides.

Items for Giveaways

Technology tools that we love bring excitement into our lives.  We are excited to give away items at our events.  While we go out and select items to give away, We would like to offer sponsors the opportunity to give away items at our events.  It provides a great way to gain interest in your brand or product.  You can either have a drawing at your table or allow us to talk about your product and give it away during our events.  Items provided for givaways are typically presented to attendees immediately after our keynote speaker and before lunch on Thursday, but we will work with sponsors on this type of opportunity.
