MACE understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent presenters from attending our conference.  Please contact the conference chair ASAP should an emergency arise.

No-Shows: Presenters who do not show up for their scheduled presentation are ineligible for proposal acceptance at future MACE events.

Substitutions: We encourage presenters to find a substitute speaker in their place if they are unable to attend. To arrange a substitution, please email registration@mace-ks.org with the details of the original presenter and the substitute.

This policy aligns with MACE's attendee cancellation policy to ensure fairness and consistency.
