MACE Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

MACE hopes everyone who registers for OUR conference will be able to attend; however, MACE knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

• Registration fees will be refunded by submitting a cancellation request to the conference registrar by February 7th.
• A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld.
• No-shows are ineligible for a refund. 
• MACE encourages substitutions in lieu of cancellation. To make a substitution, please email registration@mace-ks.org. Be sure to include the first and last name of the original registrant.
