    This form is specifically for vendors to register their sponsorship level at MACE & ITN. Please be sure to read the Conference Vendor page before filling out this form. A Conference for Educators by Educators…

March 5 & 6, 2026

Exhibitors who offer instructional and administrative hardware, software, contractual services, or educational products to schools are invited to display their products and services at the conference.

 

Setup: Wednesday, March 4, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Setup: Thursday, March 5, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Display: Thursday, March 5, 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

MACE will accept Vendor registrations until all spaces are full, this includes the day of the conference.

Space is limited so we have a "first-come, first-paid policy".

 

To guarantee Vendor level benefits at Spring MACE please complete the online registration form, then mail your check for the appropriate amount. In-kind goods may be accepted in lieu of cash payment.

Vendors are required to pay registration for each person working in the booth. If this is an unknown factor when you register, your fee will be adjusted after the conference to reflect charges for the number of people who worked in your booth.
